I'm from New Orleans
I live in New Orleans, Jambalaya is everywhere, at every crawfish boil, every potluck, every hot bar...and it's my favorite so I never skip. I can honestly say this among the very best-flavored I have ever eaten. As good as home made, made from scratch, top notch Jambalaya. Best thing is it has no added spice so I can make a big pot that my little kids will eat and I add tabasco to my plate as needed. Best product ever

Thank heaven Amazon has it! This is wonderful and you can make it by adding several different items, sausage, chicken, or shrimp. or all three!

Okay, but there are better tasting products out there
A buddy recommended this bc we have similar palettes. Unfortunately, this is one of those food items where we disagree. The product seems very chalky and too salty. I prefer the Zatarain’s product over this one.
