Best Butt Set, by far.
I work on phone systems a lot in my line of work and having the ability to save frequently called numbers is a must. The second most useful feature is the headphone jack. Most of my phone boards are located in very noisy motor rooms in the clients building. Cooling towers, compressors, and the like make listening for dial tone, or Meridian extensions very difficult. But with this butt set, I can slap on a pair of noise cancelling soup cans and easily hear the tones I'm looking for.

Best buttset I’ve ever had, but one flaw
Best buttset ever. Built in digit grabber and voltmeter, but I find the talk/monitor switch tends to get switched on in my bag, draining the battery.

Kit does not include test cord with RJ11 as pictured
The picture for the "with ABN, earpiece, and pouch" kit shows a test cord with leads and an RJ11. This cord is not included in the kit and must be purchased separately. The test cord in the picture is Fluke Networks P3218RJ9 Line Cord with Angled Bed-of-Nails, Piercing Pin Clips and RJ-11 plug and is compatible with TS22(A) & TS25D Telephone Test Sets.

Good, could be a tad better, small, works
I bought this to do quick diags of the phone systems I install at retail locations so I don't have to terminate the wires every time I want to test. So far, so good. The angled aligator clips will perfectly connect to 66 block terminals and angel out of the way. The wires are attached to the unit with screws, and are very long and flexible. The speaker phone is very good for hands free tests. Features of the set are something that I honestly don't use to their fullest capacity, such as data lock out, but the monitoring while a DSL signal is active is something that I have used and it is good.Like other Fluke products, I would like to see this come with a pouch the offer, but don't include. Also, a belt clip would be nice as standard, but again, this is an optionized product.

Vendor shipping old stock from 2006
Product is old stock from 2016 with old firmware, and who wants old failing plastic. I missed the return window.
