The 7-Tension settings is easy to change
The JumpSport Fitness Trampoline 370i is the Mac daddy. The rebounder itself is 5-Stars hands down. This is a real competitor to the Cellerciser brand. The rebounder is as solidly built as JumpSport claims. I consider it a professional gym model The pedal design cord cover is pure genius and so I haven't stuck my foot through the cords while jumping. The 7-Tension settings is easy to change. I'm at the firmest setting at 7 - I'm a male and weigh 238 lbs. It handles me fine. Plus there is no pronation of my ankles because The handle bar is crucial for starting out. You can always remove it as you advance.A BIG PLUS is the bungee cords - they are so quiet compared to even the best of springs. The jumping will clean out your lymphatic system. Lymph is a clear liquid in your blood that moves out toxins. If you don't get it moving, like every day, then the toxins build up in your system and you feel tired, stressed, blue, and a whole host of icky. This is why I bout a rebounder, plus I hate to run and have a heel spur. The DVD is disappointing though. It only shows some basic moves, and as it only has women in the DVD one could assume the rebounder is just for women. For more advance moves (and less boring) buy your own DVD. Amazon's got plenty.I think that the JumpStart models just below this one are equally as good, and a lower price. Just be sure the get the handle.Oddly, the shipping box is not as sturdy as you would think, and UPS really beat my up - but I got everything ok.The instruction manual is odd too, it tells just the bare basics, and I had to figure out myself how to adjust the settings. Note - you do not have to remove the whole bungee set in order to shorten the cords! Just pull one cord out sideways, and move the knot up to tighten.I gave this one only 4-Stars only because of the DVD and the Packaging.

A great mini-trampoline.
I bought this directly from the manufacturer and really do enjoy it. I do not necessarily believe that if I was jumping on this version as compared to the similarly sized versions that they sell. Just keep in mind that if you go to the website and go to "Trampoline Specials" they seem to run 20% off sales rather frequently. The "tension" on these trampolines is adjusted by slipping various knots in the bungee cords around a piece of plastic. The trampoline comes set at a "soft" setting and it is very bouncy right out of the box. I think if I compared one trampoline against another from the same manufacturer, I'd probably go with the less expensive version (with the same jumping surface area). It is VERY quiet, provided your floors don't squeak. If your floors squeak, find a place where they don't because otherwise it may drive you crazy. The trampoline is very well built, meaning it is super sturdy. It is also very easy to assemble. It is fairly heavy, and doesn't budge a bit when you jump on it.In any case, it is a lot of fun jumping on this, and if you don't have the inclination for a full sized trampoline, or want one you can use indoors, you won't be disappointed. Just know that these are not very big so while you can do jumping jacks to a degree, and you can get air under your feet, you are not going to feel comfortable jumping too high, or too far side to size, because you are going to fear falling off of it. The DVD that comes with it is pretty good. The basic DVD workout is just a smattering of everything, really just a taste of what the cardio workout is and a taste of what the strength work out is. I don't think I'd be interested in doing the basic work out again, but I can see doing the other workouts with some regularity. But don't buy the trampoline for the workout videos, as they are honestly not that engaging.I am still hoping our son will take to jumping. Right now he loves climbing it and loves to squat or roll around but he hasn't quite gotten the hang of jumping yet. I did not want to buy a child's trampoline if I could help it, and wanted something the whole family could use.
