This fit my 2012 Kia Sportage LX. It was hard to find one of these for a Kia, but I managed to find this.

It fit ! For a large antenna piece ( shaped like a pizza )
Great item fits over my antenna device on Kia Forte 2016 . Adhesive , however didn’t stay on so use a better glue .
