Not what I expected
It wasn’t as easy as it looks to keep the water from getting into the bed or patient

SO HELPFUL
I BOUGHT THIS TO SHOWER MY MOTHER WHO WAS BEDRIDDEN AND THIS IS AN AMAZING PRODUCT.IT WAS KIND HEAVY TO HOLD UP ONCE IT HAD WATER BUT WE FIGURED IT OUT. THE HOSE CONECTIONS ARE ALSO NOT VERY STURDY SO WE MADE A WATER MESS. USE SOME TAPE AND THAT SHOULD DO THE JOB.

It is easy to blow up the head bag by mouth. The assembly is easy once you figure it out.
There were no real instructions on how to assemble the item but I was able to figure it out. The page the vendor sent me was helpful. The assembled unit worked much better than I expected. It is really easy to blow up the unit by mouth rather than used the pump provided. We washed my wife's hair and it worked very well. There is enough capacity in the supply bag and the head bag that you do not need to refill the supply bag or empty the head bag until the hair wash is completed. I was very pleasantly surprised.

How do I put the item together
It didn't come with instructions. I need to find out if there is a set of instructions available? Unable to put together so I'm not able to use it

Hose will come apart.
The bag that comes with this it does not stay together . I used it a couple of times and the hose came off and water was everywhere.The tub is wonderful.

Poor Product
The setup is cumbersome. The sprayer is plastic and the quality is very poor. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn’t. The pressure from the sprayer is more like a dribble, and you have to work the water through with your hands to get a good rinse. The hose from the water bag crimps up also. Not recommended for someone with thick, longer hair. Very disappointing and a waste of money.

Great product!! Highly recommend
Exactly what we needed!! I take care of a bedridden patient and this is by far the best and easiest shampoo system we have used! The sprayer is not as strong as a shower, but it is surprisingly effective. Love it!

Great for bedridden people
Rinsing bag was hard to remove all water when finished, drained okay, but would have preferred a clip on end of drain hose to keep it in bucket. It kept swinging out and spilling on my carpet. Pillow was pointless. Pump didn't work, luckily I had an electric one handy. Overall good investment did its job
