It smells good it makes my hair super soft. I love the tingly, feeling the tea tree oil gives.

I have a love hate relationship with this product. The smell is the hate part. It is very strong and I do not enjoy the smell however others might enjoy it...the best way to describe it is minty? But I use a deep conditioner with a good scent and it takes this smell awayI struggle with dry scalp and nothing helps. This definitely helped me a bit. But the main reason we bought this is because my daughter came home from school with lice. We treated her and the home but it kept coming back. It was the final straw when I found one in my own hair. From there, we looked into different stuff. I spent HUNDREDS of dollars trying to rid this pest and nothing helped. I ordered this hoping it would help us after one more box treatment and only using this I haven't seen any lice for months. Finally! If you have grade school children I would get this just to make sure they do not bring home lice!

I absolutely love this it leaves our hair soft and easy to manage. It doesn’t tingle or have a scent anywhere near the Paul Mitchell Tea tree Shampoo & Conditioner. This smells like Tea Tree Oil but leaves your hair feeling clean and amazing. The Shampoo pump doesn’t work as well as the conditioner it dispenses way less and it’s harder to pump. Suggestion would be to improve pump quality that’s the only reason I rated it a 4 but as far as product quality goes it’s definitely a 5!! Also, keep in mind it’s only 16 ounces so it’s smaller than most products. I’ve attached a photo so you can compare.

I got this shampoo a few days ago and since using it, my normal dry ends and oily scalp have turned into a head of volumized, shiny looking hair. My hair is usually flat, thin and brittle... today I felt my hair bounce for the very first time in years and I couldn’t see my scalp through it. The smell was a tiny bit over powering at first but it didn’t bother me at all. It is somewhat soothing and relaxing. My only small irk was that the pump for the shampoo is a little insignificant as it doesn’t pump out enough shampoo but somehow the conditioner pump works fine. I may replace the shampoo pump with the flip cap and keep the pump on only the conditioner. I think I have finally found my holy grail shampoo and conditioner. Thank you!!!

I've been using this product for a little over two weeks now and I've had a great experience with the shampoo. I have significantly less dry skin coming off of my scalp and it's noticeable to me when I wear black shirts.Unfortunately, there has been something that has been bothersome to me that I can't get past. The smell of the conditioner provided in this package was too pungent and musky for me. In my opinion, it smells liked dirty sea water and as of today I will no longer use the conditioner since I can't seem to get past the smell of it. It bothered me so much that I felt nauseous for the remainder of my morning..I can't say I'd recommend the conditioner, but maybe I received a bad batch and others haven't experienced what I have. All I can say is please take this into consideration.

I Iove this product, which seems to keep working. Usually after a few tries with a new shampoo or conditioner, my hair dries out. Not with this one. And my scalp probs have cooled down too, but I’ve always responded well to tea tree oil which isn’t everyone’s cup o tea. Great product though, good price, worth a try.

I've tried so many tea tree oil shampoos (mostly because my scalp gets very itchy and I'm allergic to sulfate) - This One is THE BEST!!!! My hair is fine, frizzy, dry, 2C/3A curly, and easily looks greasy after 1 day. This shampoo & conditioner leaves my scalp clean and hair less frizzy/dry even without using additional products! The smell is refreshing and clean and very strong tea tree oil smell (so must love tea tree oil). I've ordered 3 batches because I don't ever want to run out. I hope they keep this product for as long as I can buy it! I even got my boyfriend to start using it! He tried going back to his other tea tree shampoo, then came back to using this one because this one leaves his hair more manageable, smooth, and shiny. Obviously, I highly recommend this product!!!!!

First off this is a lot of money for me to spend on shampoo and it’s the most I’ve ever spent. My hair is very fine 2a. Slightly wavy. It’s been really dry after I dyed it and my scalp has been dry so I figured this is worth a shot.The smell is strong. I love the smell of tea tree so this doesn’t bother me, but it’s very strong smelling. So if you’re not a fan of tea tree you’re gonna hate this.After o shampooed my hair was so clean I got scared thinking it was gonna be one big knot. Added the conditioner and could instantly tell it would be okay.Brushed and my hair was tangle free and easy to brush without that horrible weighed down feeling some conditioners give you. For me it was the perfect Amt of conditioning.My hair dried so soft and shiny with only a very slight smell. It was gone by the morning. So if you don’t like the smell don’t worry it doesn’t stay on your hair.It’s expensive at least to me but the bottles are large and will last a while.Edit: well I just got my second shipment as I ran out. They def Changed it.The tea tree smell is NOT as strong, and the conditioner you hardly smell it at all. Just a light floral smell with an after smell of candle wax and it seems to be more waxy. My hair is not as happy and now my hair is becoming greasy and limp within 24 hours when the old formula i would wash every three days. As I write this my limp hair is in my face greasy and sad. Other reviewers have said the same. More will as they get the new shipment.They def changed the formula somehow. Idk why companies have to mess with a good thing. This was the best shampoo and conditioner I had ever used, and I am beyond disappointed.I’ll be looking elsewhere again. Back to the drawing board.Second edit. Decided to try it again. Same results. The smell is awful. Disappointment is strong.
