Poor quality product
I ordered two keyless godrej locks and one of the lock turned to be defective.it got self locked leading to my sister getting stuck in the washroom for hours .it was night time and we were helpless.somehow we managed to get a carpenter who broke the lock as well as the door and finally we could rescue her.imagine the trauma our whole family had to face . We did not expect A reputed company like godrej not to go for strict quality checks as well amazon is responsible for the trauma we faced.
