Versatile!
This jacket is quite versatile! The fleece liner and shell can each be worn separately or zipped back together when both insulation and rain/wind protection are needed.

Minimal pockets
So I like the jacket, but at the same time I feel it gets an extra star as I got it around 60 bucks. Before pro's and cons the one fact of the jacket that can go either way is the cut. It is made high in the front and longer in the back. It lands on my pro and con list. The fleecePros-has a satin material in the sleeves to make on/off easier even with a long sleeve shirt on. -Seems warm and is a stylish tight weave.Cons:-Only 2 pockets and they are not zippered-no wrist tightness. This didn't affect me as my arms are long enough that it lands in a good spot, but if you have shorter arms and don't like your jacket slipping over your hands it could get annoying.JacketPros-Nice fitting jacket true to size-wrist adjustments-hideaway hood-mesh lining for breathability- Double storm flaps over zipperCons-only 2 pockets and while they are zippered they are shallow and cut very square.-the collar stands very high up and thock with hood rolled away. There is no way to wear the collar down like most jackets.A fine basic jacket for the city. But with little pocket options

Bislang sehr zufrieden

Fantastic jacket. Will keep you warm and dry without being too bulky.
This jacket arrived on time and was well packaged. I was really surprised that this jacket was on sale at less than half price. It's a brilliant jacket and looks great on. It's waterproof, wind proof and really warm without adding any bulk. So you can still move about easily and your movement is not restricted in any way. It's a 3 in 1 jacket so you can wear the outer shell and fleece zipped together. Or you can wear them separately. The fleece has two outside pockets that do not have zips or velcro fastenings. The outer shell also has two pockets, these pockets a good size, are quite roomy and have a zip fastening. Surprisingly, this jacket does not have an inside pocket. While this would have been a welcome addition to the jacket, it doesn't really make that much of a difference to me, so it wasn't a deal breaker. I mention it as I know some people prefer a jacket to have an inside pocket. I would certainly recommend this jacket, the only issue I can see anyone having is the lack of an inside pocket. I've seen much poorer quality jackets available for more than I paid for this jacket. Really pleased with the purchase.

A really durable, well made jacket.
This is my second Berghaus Waterproof jacket, the last one being purchased some 15+ years ago and which was well-worn for all that time. True, I I had to re-proof it TWICE during that time and at the end the inner lining that helps provide the waterproof element was breaking up or perhaps CRUMBLING would be a better description but after all that time it is to be expected and it certainly served me well. This 3-in-1 version (maybe 2 in 1 is better) comes with a removable fleece for added warmth and it IS waterproof and windproof as it says and much more so than some of the much-more expensive makes available and the waterproof and perspiration ratings with these other makes can easily be compared and the Berghaus model is superior with huge savings and I think that only if you a planning a trip up Everest or the Matterhorn or to Antarctica would you really need to be more circumspect.

Great jacket
I have recently bought another one of these jackets due to me outgrowing my old one as felt like I couldn’t part with my old one so I had to buy the next size up. Great jacket overall keeps you warm and dry in all seasons. Packed with loads of features too including a rollaway hood which you can fold it into collar when your not using it. 9 times out of 10 it’s always raining so it spends more time on show than it does rolled away.

I am pleased with this jacket and the price I paid for it. I prefer to wear the fleece and outer jacket unattached, more comfortable!I had early reservations about this jacket. First was the fact that the berghaus branding on outer jacket was ironed on but have discovered that the aq2 jacket are all like that. Second why the made in Thailand labels? I asked Amazon to confirm that this jacket is authentic but have had no reply. I have watched you tube videos and seen this jacket on other sites and it does seem to have all the features so I have kept the jacket and am happy with it!No inside pockets, disappointing!!
