After reading the good reviews, I decided to buy a roll and try for myself! I just got it today, and tried it on a small glass bottle. It took me 10 minutes to pry it open to get to the bottle! This stuff is AWESOME! It separated the entire gray part from the bubble blue part after about 4 minutes, then I had to try peeling that from the other gray part. 6 minutes later I got to the bottle!!! I would probably add a layer of bubble wrap to that glass bottle if I needed to ship it, but other than that - I am hooked! fyi - I would recommend for sure to have at least a 1 inch edge around anything you want to seal for shipping!I cannot believe how sore my hands and arm muscles are from trying to pry it apart for 10 minutes!!! THIS STUFF WORKS and I am going to use it next time I have to ship something small enough for the small roll that I purchased!I hope my photos help and show how much it works! It did not stick to the glass bottle either!

I used these to ship oddly shaped items that need padding (books, smaller charms that I didn't want jostling about in a mailer, etc.) to eliminate the need to purchase bubble wrap. Really pleased with it overall!Pros:+ easy to use. Braindead simple which I appreciate. Almost foolproof+ doesn't stick to itself easily, but once the matching grey parts touch it adheres quite firmly — I was initially worried about it coming apart and tested a small "package" I'd cut away, and was shocked that in maybe 10 seconds it had already stuck together so firmly that I couldn't rip it open with my bare hands.+ padding is relatively thick and will probably be enough for most people's needs, barring anything particularly fragile+ (important to me) mailing labels stick to the outside surface!!! hate having to use shipping tape to secure labels on mailers as it looks tacky in my opinion+ looks nice, even if it doesn't necessarily look professional per se. The blue is light and refreshing, but would probably not be the best for medium or larger businessesCons:- does not cut cleanly in my experience, which leaves a raw edge that I have to chip away at to make it look more presentable. Not a huge dealbreaker, but definitely annoying- pulling the roll open to wrap/package something gets fairly loud. Again not a dealbreaker, but annoying- pricey for the amount you get. I paid ~$9 for the smallest size roll available to get a feel for if this works for me and I've so far used about half of it to package just three relatively small (maybe 8.5x11" at most, if I'm being generous) items. This makes me a bit wary to buy again.Overall this item does require you to weigh what is more important to you. The convenience factor of this is amazing, even though not having to faff about with shipping tape dispensers isn't worth a huge premium for me. Where this item really comes through is not having to utilize a separate bubble wrap, which I personally find bulky and annoying to deal with. That isn't quite enough to get me to spring for this again anytime soon, but this is a great option to keep in mind if selling oddly shaped items, or things that might be hard to find a well-shaped box for that keeps the item secure (books, for instance, are brilliant for this).

This product is incredibly convenient, reliable, and easy to use. You can take all manner of items and easily seal them up in a secure package right away. Since it is custom fit to the object, it won't move around and become damaged. The seal really does velcro in place perfectly, with ease, and it holds. I was amazed at how great this was! This is one of the neatest products I have seen in some time, and it's totally affordable too. Excited that now I can more affordably, easily, and safely ship things to family and for business. I only wish I knew that this existed sooner. LOVE IT!!!

Walmart sold these and stop was thrilled to find it on Amazon its so easy to use and mail less weight means more money in your pocket! thanks

Had a metal plaque to ship to sister and could not find a box that would fit. This was a great inexpensive alternative. Package arrived undamaged. Packing material stayed together. Great product.

Ordered this to wrap a large, long but narrow picture that we got my brother for Christmas that would not fit into a regular box. It arrived fast, and is amazing. The adhesion was great and it sealed perfectly around the item with no hint of coming loose. I think this might be the next big invention in the stationary world since post-it notes! Will definitely use again if I need this kind of package protection for shipping, or anything else around the house that may require it. Heck, we are moving again next year and this may be a great way to protect our grandfather clock’s removable pieces!

I used some of this to protect fragile rocks and crystals that I sent in a box. It didn't take up nearly the space bubble wrap does. I wrapped especially fragile ones before using this in napkins or some thin packing. It does stick to itself as promised but can be adjusted if you haven't pressed it all the way to complete seal. I had worried about that. I was so happy to find how easy it is to cut to desired size, and if you cut off a strip of it, but only need a portion to wrap a small thing, it is easy to use the other portion to wrap something else in. Very versatile! I haven't tried wrapping a book in it to send without a box, but I think it will work well for that too. I hope it is easy for recipient to open each of the many specimens I mailed. Will buy more. Was surprised how little I used, and how little was wasted when trimmed. You want a good seal, and get one!

I ran on eBay store and this came in very handy for packaging certain items. Sometimes I could sandwich CDs between two sheets of the stuff since it sticks very well. I also utilize it by cutting it into strips and using it as packing material for boxes.
