Nasty film/chemical smell on them!

Horrible! I would leave no stars if I could!!! Something has been spilled on them or it’s the way they are made. The package was nasty and kind of sticky. I was hoping it wasn’t the actual balloons but it is! The day before my sons party I opened them up so now I can’t use them! DONT BUY THEM!!! The have an AWFUL smell as well!
