Ive used facial epilators for like 5 years and i always used phillips ones just because there werent many other options. Ive been through 3 phillips ones at a price of 35 quid each time! This is definitely the best one ive had, its so quick to use as the machine rotates fast and doesnt require you to change the batteries often, because its more like a standardish epilator it also covers more area so again quicker. Its actually less painful than the phillips rotating small head ones aswell because of how fast it works. ALSO even better, because it pulls so fast idk if my skin prefers this because since ive been using this ive not had any spots on my cheeks as a result of epilating. Which means my skin looks so much clearer. After ive done epilating on my face i just cleanse with cheap micellar water to make sure no spots occur from bacteria going into the open skin where hair has come out from and thats worked too. Ah also, this has less chance of needing replacing than the phillips one because with those pencil shaped ones you have to use a coin to turn open the bottom to change the battery, and after a year or so of doing that the thread screwy thing that turns comes off and gets jammed.Anyways, i couldnt recommend this enough, once a week, 5 minutes, hardly any battery changes and no spots.

It looks very nice and I was excited to use it but I am afraid it did not remove any hairs,long or short I tried and tried my chin got sore and I gave up in the end.. what a shame.

Iv just received this item in the post and rushed upstairs to use it. Firstly I just want to say how lovely and well presented this item is, it looks lovely!! Anyway, I prepped my skin and made a start using it.. wow I am left with silky soft skin. I dont know if I'm brave enough yet to use it on bigger area's as the pain was a lot to handle!!! But on my upper lip the results were amazing even if the pain was eye watering. No pain no gain and all that. Really happy!

Quite disappointed, looks very nice and sleek but as someone else said...as soon as you put it to your skin, it doesn’t seem to actually pull the hair out. In fact, I think it more snaps them off...had to repeatedly go over the same area to achieve any sort of result, leaving skin quite sore. I’ll probably use it for a bit while sourcing a better version.

The media could not be loaded.  Bought this for my girlfriend as a quick replacement on same day as my partners Remington gave up while using. Originally this was only going to be a cheap replacement but now she’s over the moon with it saying it’s so much better than her old and has a light on it and it’s quicker pulling hairs out with no clogging up. It’s very well made for the price and comes with a little bag and a little bottle of oil for the rotor.

Useless, barely gets long hairs let alone shorter ones. Waste of money but looks nice

My mother had one many moons ago but at that time they were outside my budget, so I was delighted with this purchase last month. I find it works very effectively.As it is much more efficient than tweezers, (without getting into the nitty gritties, so to speak, it removes more hairs), I do not have to use it nearly as regularly as I used to have to manually pluck. Oh joy! It is also much quicker. [Therefor I have only used it twice, so far.]I wouldn't be without it now and cannot think of anything negative to say about it. Happy to recommend

I used this on my face and woke up with my entire face covered in blisters and spots the next morning. It’s left some scars on my face too.
