The product is fine but it isn't very loud. It can be heard in the house but I think a door alarm should be louder so it can be heard by neighbors. The instructions are really vague and say nothing about how to change the factory settings or switch tones. That is left up to the owner to figure out on their own. Overall the product is ok and will serve the purpose.

First few weeks it worked fine. The alarm was really loud which is good but afterwards the chime started to act up, sometimes won't work, sometimes it chimed twice like sort of lagging. Then sometimes I have to re-sync when totally won't chime. I hope they would allow another remote to sync too for backup if the sole remote got lost, but the rep told us they sold them separately. Lately it's been frustrating with the chime, it totally sounded different, instructions was a bit confusing too. Unfortunately I have to return it. :(

Highly recommended. I actually bought 2 sets for gifts and my house.

Nice and loud! Should scare away any Intruders. Low cost security.

Worked for a month then just stopped working. Need I say more. Very poor instructions.
