Awesome for super long headphone cables
I needed something to help me keep my long headphone cable organized when I move around my apartment while listening to music. This worked out so well with a few adjustments. It took a bit to get used to the best way to coil it up and how to spool out the cable on both sides evenly. The trick is that the large spool piece will always be in the middle of the cable you are running, so as long as you bring the middle with you, you are good. Then there were some times where the cable would tug and either move my amp/dac off the table, or would unplug the headphones if I accidentally went out of the cable's range. I zip tied my cable in between my DAC and the cable spool, so that the force would be applied there instead of on where the cable is plugged in. Hope these tips help some people who are looking for a great way to listen to headphones with a longer cord.

Clever and functional design. Great for Starlink Mini cable.
The plastic is of mediocre quality but does the job.Otherwise the design is great--clever and functional.I use this reel to manage my Starlink Mini power cable and it's perfect for that purpose.

Buying more!
I was lucky to try this before buying since my band has many of these for all 25’ cables. So much faster to setup and tear down! Wish I knew about them sooner.

Only thing to make it better would be the price!
Infinite value; it makes quick work of setting up and breaking down setsSuperb fit and workable size; it will pretty much fit any cable on market up to about 30'. We use 25' cables for mics along with a 25' USB extension cable.Protects cable wires while stored, can cause problems for actual connectors but if it stays in a bag it'll be fine

Misleading photos and it's a POS after one month
The photos were completely misleading. This device will not work with anything thicker than a 1/8" cable. I was using it for my Starlink Mini Power Cable and was happy with it for a month. Then the cable got in a bind inside the device. The reel wheel knob broke off. Now the cable is in a bind and the only way to get it out is to break the device apart. Of course this happened 3 days after the return window closed. Do not recommend.

Does NOT fit a 30ft cable
It'll do for storage without tangling, but my 30ft xlr cable only fits about 24-25ft in it. There's about 2.5-3ft of reach end hanging out. It really needs a solid handle on it to hold while reeling it in. It's very unstable with the stretchable fabric handle. The winding tab is also somewhat flimsy, and I can see it breaking easily.Overall, great concept, poor execution and engineering.

does not work with thicker cables
like i said, doesnt work with thick cable. even if you use thin cable, it still adds alot of bulk to your bag

Only for 30ft cables
Great idea!! It can only handle 30ft cable. Wish they made one for 50ft cable. I made this one work.
