The only product that works for my shower.
I bought a house 3 years ago which has a primary shower with a very narrow drain opening. It's far too narrow to reasonably use a snake or other physical method of removing clogs.Fast forward some 4 months into ownership and the water was standing and it was getting to my ankles while taking a shower. No big deal, I've used drain opener powder (lye) before. 3 treatments and no improvement.Okay, I used Liquid Plumr in my old apartment to clear out a, presumably, beard hair clog. The big jug and 4 separate uses and the clog was still there. It's time for some research.I came across this and was skeptical but hopeful. It only had one treatment. If it didn't work it was a(nother) waste of money.Poured it in, let it sit for 20 minutes, and flushed it out. Next day... no backup. A week later... rapid draining. 6 months later like it's connected to a vacuum cleaner.A year and a half later aaannnddd yeah it's getting slow. I held my breath and poured it in. After that, I was good for well over a year. Here we are a few weeks after its third use and it's working as intended. Now, my hair grows extraordinarily quickly and I shed *a lot* of hair. You likely will not have to repeat use. Still, a bottle every 18 months for the cost of a coffee? Far better than a plumber.I won't comment on its use in a sink as I've only used it in a shower drain.(In that case, you could probably just remove the trap, plug the sewer pipe, clear the clog, and reassemble. It only takes a few minutes.)Finally: tips, for any kind of drain-clearing product: They will all say to run *hot* water to clear the product. The ideal way to do this is to:Run the sink next to the shower until piping hot.Place a large bowl under the tub spout until the water in the water is hot.Move bowl and run the hottest water possible through the drain for 30 seconds or so.Amazon's asking me to comment on the safety: keep this away from children on a high shelf. Strength: strong enough to easily clear the clog. Smell: it smells like bleach you'd use in laundering white clothing. I'd wait at least 30 minutes after usage before taking a shower or spending significant time in the bathroom.

Works amazing
I’ve tried a few different drain cleaners over the years, but Liquid-Plumr is the one I always come back to. It works fast and actually does what it claims—clears up clogs without a ton of hassle.I used it on a slow-draining bathroom sink and again in the shower where hair tends to build up. I poured it in, waited about 15 minutes like the bottle says, flushed it with hot water, and the drains were back to normal. No more standing water or gurgling sounds. What I also like is that it doesn’t have a super strong chemical smell, and I haven’t noticed any damage to the pipes (PVC and metal). It’s strong enough to tackle tough clogs but still safe for regular use when needed.Highly recommend keeping a bottle under the sink just in case—saves you a call to the plumber!

IT WORKS!!!!
My kids have long curly hair and despite all efforts to keep the hair out of the drain, they get clogged a couple times a year. I used a bottle of this in the tub that was not draining at all - poured it in, most of it kind of pooled near the drain as it was too clogged for it to go anywhere. Left it overnight. In the morning the drain was clear!!! I’ve used this in my sinks as well. Smells a bit like bleach so definitely don’t get it on your skin, has safety directions on the back. But it works. For something less than $10 it works phenomenally. I will be keeping some on hand! Great value for what it’s worth!

Wonderful product
My bathtub drain has been draining very slowly. I bought to try and clear out the drains, and it did just that.I was kind of skeptical at first because it is SO thick..almost like jelly. But I decided to trust the process! Poured a little at a time at first and then once I had a little bit left just poured the rest. It didn’t all go down the drain at first, but after waiting the recommended 15 mins, all of the product had gone down. After running hot water to rinse out the product my drains are good as new. Can actually hear the sucking sound of the draining water again lolAmazing job. Especially for the price!

Definitely will repurchase if needed
I definitely like this product I didn't give it five stars and the other reason is I feel like the container could be a little bit bigger but as far as like the quality of the product it's amazing my drains were completely full of hair and I feel like it definitely cleaned out the drains like it was supposed to and after using it my drains work perfectly

Go-To Drain Cleaner (for Hair)
This product is my go-to drain cleaner, for hair specifically, but have used it when I can tell another sink is clogged. I mainly use this for my shower drain. Even with having long hair, I don't need to use this as frequently as I expected. I also don't use the full bottle; I wish it came in a larger size.

Best product I tried!
Finally something that works! I’ve tried Draino, baking sugar with vinegar, and Main line; none of which had any impact on the glob of hair in my shower drain. This will definitely be my go-to in the future. I was trying to avoid having to snake the drain as much as possible and this saved the day.

It works!
As I get older I get more and more suspicious of magic solutions. I was amazed to see that this stuff actually works. I followed directions - problem solved. I had adopted a 63 lb border Collie jamf ust washed his rinse water down the drain. Big mistake. This stuff fixed it first try.
