The cost is very reasonable when compared to other. I like the fact it's a brand coming from Europe not some where else across the globe. Assembly was easy with the printed instructions, it snaps together and you hear the reassuring clicks as each piece snaps into place. Very sturdy when built, the reel turns smoothly and no leaks!What more could you ask for.To complete it you need the long hose and a short length section of hose for coupling it to the tap

Good compact unit. The only reason it isn't 5 stars is that it is a little tight when assembling and needs a bit of strength but good and solid when completed. Ideal for the 30 m length of hose that I have. Please note that the handle is as shown and does not extend so for someone who cannot bend too well it may not be suitable.All in all very happy, especially considering the price.

This may look cheap and cheerful but it snaps together tightly giving a good solid piece of kit. Easily took my 30M hose. You'll need a bit of hand strength to put it together. The soft carry handle is an added bonus.Well worth the money.

The media could not be loaded. Easy to assemble. The item is made of hard plastic. The handles are just pushed in so lifting the cart with hose wound on it loosens the handle and pulls it out easily. It would have been better if there was a lock or bolting capability for the handle

End result fine and seems to be excellent value. Best to arm yourself with an adjustable grip and a medium screwdriver (to release the clips when you've made a mistake!). Instructional diagrams too small and generally inadequate, therefore useless. No product specific videos on YouTube, but several other products convey similar designs. (The videos about products from Australian manufacturer Pope were quite helpful.) The hub did not turn freely on initial assembly but with the addition of under water grease to both sides of the hub and the water transit component, it ran like a dream. Do allow plenty of time to suss it out; PhD in mechanical engineering advised.

Fixed together was very hard to put the barrel part to clip together had too lightly bang with fist to fix in place ok for what it is holds hosepipe in place but is very light weight you have to hold it to pull the hose out or it will just topple over hope it last a long time at least it's not made in China above all it does look nice time will tell.....

Comes flat packed, follow the instructions and it's easy enough to put together. Well made and sturdy. Does the job.

I purchased this hose reel because it was reasonably priced. I was looking for a reel that would work for my 100 ft. professional grade electrical extension cord. The cord fits perfectly with room to spare. It seems fairly durable. Unfortunately I cannot get the top handle portion to stay locked in place. It keeps popping out. Assembly is required and there are no written instructions only small pictures. Edit. Finally got it put together with some effort and it works great.
