Great product (update)
This is one of the 2 kinds of waist trainers i got, and this is my favorite out of the two. It is great material and looks just like the pictures. I am 5,3 and weigh about 140lbs and it fit great. It is very comforting. I am trying to loose weight before my wedding in December. I will keep y’all updated how this waist trainer works out.Update: when I first bought it I could not strap the second strap all the way, and now i can strap it on completely! Definitely shrunk my waistline also with the help of running and ab routines

Good quality, size adjustable
I really like that it can be adjusted to make it lose or tight so you can be medium or small and it's ok. It is good to work out or sleep with it on, if you wanna wear it under regular clothes, they have to be lose clothes because the front of the belt is thick and it may show.

Looks great feels great. definitely has really good back support and I’m 5’0 and weigh 140 and I bought a size small it’s a little small but it still closes and gives me good back support definitely is good quality and at a great price and it helps a lot with slouching

I use this everyday at the gym and it helps me produce more sweat underneath as oppose to not wearing anything. Ive also noticed a difference in the shape of my waist, a little curvier.
