This is an excellent product. I use it on my feet when I’m hiking and are running to prevent blisters. I have very difficult to fit feet and always have blister issues but with this product I do not. It’s also good for other body parts that might have chafing issues. I use it on the waistband of my running tights cause sometimes they rub on my belly button and it hurts, but this keeps that from happening. I never do a road race without this product.

Holy Grail! I went to El Salvador with this and it SAVEDDDDDD my thighs! I loved it and it’s not sticky and just amazing with shorts! I even loved it under my armpits where the friction of my shirt meets my arm! Truly a lifesaver!
