I'm really impressed with this. Very easy to use done two hour long sessions over two days with it and it's still full battery!Very easy to use once you know the controls and light, easy to wear whilst moving around the house and has a wide range of different settings available.I've had a stiff, sore leg for a few days and my leg certainly felt a lot better the next day after using this.I can't get over how small it is, I remember our old tens machine and it was like a brick! The unit is old iPod sized with two sockets for four pads at one time.Very well packaged, clear instructions and even has a little carry pouch and clip.

I’m pleased to say it works exceptionally well. It provides noticeable relief while in use, masking the pain effectively, and the sensation is similar to a deep, relaxing massage. Often, the comfort continues even after the session ends.Considering the price, the build quality is impressive. It has an integrated rechargeable battery that lasts for several hours, and it includes a clever plastic storage piece that looks like a Lego base for keeping the electrode pads clean and organised when not in use.The device offers a range of “modes,” though these are more accurately described as varying stimulation patterns rather than distinct functions. It takes some trial and error to find the pattern that suits you best. The animated display that shows the current mode is a bit of a gimmick and could easily be replaced with simple numbers for greater clarity.A useful tip: don’t overthink pad placement. Just position them on either side of the area where you feel pain, adjusting as needed. Be sure to turn the device off before repositioning or it jolts you! The pads can be spaced surprisingly far apart. For example, I sometimes place one on each shoulder, which effectively targets both scapular muscles.The pads lose effectiveness over time as they become less sticky, but gently wiping them with clean water can help revive their grip for a while.One downside is the lack of a constant stimulation mode with adjustable frequency. Also, if you accidentally press the wrong button, it can be frustrating having to cycle through around 30 different modes to get back to your preferred setting.Despite these minor drawbacks, this is a fantastic device that delivers real relief. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy it again.

This is a very handy size Tens machine works really well and quite a few settings to help get on top of pain and ease it, (it did me) it depends on how deep your pain is but a great help for me Sturdy and easy to use came with 4pads which was helpful meant I gould use them in different areas at the same time which doubly helped me.

I bought this for my plantar fasciitis to use alongside exercises provided by a physio. 3 months later the pain has disappeared and I can walk normally again. My wife has also benefited by using it on her gluteus medius strained muscle, which she gets from time to time. It relieves the stiffness.It is easy to use, the pads are still the original ones supplied and for the cost is excellent value. Wr have no hesitation in recommending.

Purchased one for myself to relieve back and stomache pains. Worked a treat. Also found it is great for relaxation and to aid focus. I have AuDHD so prone to my thoughts running at a million miles an minute and can get distracted. But I found a setting that aids me maintain focus, which was a surprising but happy discovery. Battery life on it is great. It can be quite powerful (some of the settings are uncomfortable - don't remove the pads when in operation, like I did! You feel it through your finger tips - NOT fun!) small. Compact. Easy to transport. Great value for money. So good, I ended up buying one for my son and his partner as gifts for Uni. They love theirs.

I’ve been having a lot of lower back pain for a few months now and, whilst I was sceptical about buying one, a friend told me how much it helped them.This unit is absolute bliss! The different modes, combinations, strengths make this really a versatile product and, whilst my back is still bad, I do get a reprieve. I’m hopeful this will make my pain more manageable until the underlying issue is sorted.The unit itself is small, though the cables are a bit on the long side… I like the mix of small pads and longer ones, both stick well on the skin and don’t cause any irritation (you can buy spares too!).Absolutely worth the cost!
