purported insomnia relief
I read several reviews before buying this and most were favorable, but mine is not. I have had problem insomnia for many months and have tried various things, even Prescription meds, but nothing helps. Neither does Liddell Insomnia stuff. It was a waste of money for me!

Not a cure all but a great "go to"
Take it from a chronic insomniac. It works. Due to lifelong illness, I have required sleep meds for 20 years. I will not say that this is the cure all without your additional meds if you are an insomniac like me, but if your sleep meds have been failing you, add this and some liquid California poppy to your nightly regime and you will get to sleep.Also, I have short sleep patterns and wake frequently so I spray again during the night and I go right back to sleep. I have run out before and didn't know why I couldn't fall asleep, then I remembered I had forgotten the spray. I won't run out again.

Reasonably priced and does the job
My husband uses it to help sleep. The mail is slow, so the delivery took awhile. We have ordered this multiple times. Very effective.
