Chef's Quality Granulated Garlic 7 LB

I am a home cook. This is 7 pounds that will last over a year. I have used real garlic on occasion, but I have found that the taste and heat of real garlic is very hard to control. Enter granulated. IMO because it is dried it is more concentrated thus a little easier to adjust in my cooking. Amazon came through again with the best over all price (It is the larger volume I think). Very fast delivery and well packaged with those bubble bags.

I use alot of granulated garlic on most of my food. This will last me a long time. The only thing i wish is that it was alittle cheaper than the 30 dollars.
