ArmacellAPT07812 7/8" ID x 1/2" Nominal Wall Pipe Insulation, 6-feet

Looking for foam to put on my bike's handle bars. This fit perfect and feels great.

I don’t think I got real Armacell insulation. There was no name on the outside of the tube like the Armacell that I had. Armacell is a big brand name company with manufacturing facilities in the US. I think they would put their name on the stuff they make.My concern is that this no-name material will embrittle and break apart in a year or so.

Needed to pad the handlebar of my mountain bike. It works well for that purpose and looks good too. However, it's not very tough. It can be easily scratched and torn with rough use, but I still got a good solid year of riding service (plus handling/transportation on my vehicle's hitch rack) out of it. Had quite a number of crashes on the trails.
