Q: what is the fertilizer (N, P, K) composition of these, e.g. 5-10-15?

(No, it’s not 10-15-15, as another answer says). It is 15-5-10. I have a recent package right in front of me, so I’m relaying this directly from the “source.”

That means there's about a full ten percent each for all three nutrients which are considered primary ingredients needed by plants to survive! Fertilizer grades are made by mixing two or more nutrient sources together to form a blend, that is why they are called "mixed fertilizers."
