Good but difficult to open container
The product is as described. Sturdy, well packaged (other than it is difficult to open the container). Shipped quickly packaged well.

4.5 stars. The tools are easy to use, held up well to various sized and shaped stones and released to the glue easily. Value-wise, very good. I paid $6 for one stick from a gem retailer.The only thing I didn't like it the case is a little hard to open and I'm always scared I'm going to drop it because I can't get a good grip when opening. I leave it open for the duration of my project and only close it for it storage.

The wax head goes blunt too quickly.
These are a brilliant idea but the wax softens and leaves bits on the gems that you constantly need too remove and the head looses its tip rather quickly so you have to constantly stop and use the heat of your hand to reshape the tip. It was a brilliant concept but isn't great BUT as I also make cards it is brilliant for picking up gems for me to place on the cards so I use it there.
