I found this type of stand not practical plus the side switches have to be avoided otherwise phone can be put on silent without realising it

Brilliant product for a fantastic price holds phone securely with or without my phone case on, and the base is heavy enough that the stand isn’t going to tip forward. Used several times doesn’t move. If I had one gripe it would be that I was hoping the pole would be longer as noone likes a double chin angle when filming yourself but having it sitting on top of a few books does the job.
