delicious!
these are impossible to find in any grocery store in my area so i was so excited to be able to order these here. they are delicious! i made poutine fries...i batter fried some of the curds and also put plain ones in also. i made a huge platter of fries and have a lot of curds left. great buy!

The curds were very fresh! I used them to make poutine, which I had read was a favorite snack or street food originating in Quebec. French fries, brown gravy and curds. I was not disappointed. Yum...

Cheese curds taste like cheese.
I don't know what I was expecting, but these just taste like cheddar cheese. I don't see what the big deal is and I can't imagine putting gravy on them and eating it as the Canadians, who call it "poutine," do. It's too much like Velveeta for me. I'm more of a mozzerella fan.
