The largest size available on for the Rubber-Cal Diamond Plate roll on Amazon is 1/8" x 4' x 15', which is shorter than your requirement. We recommend buying two of the 1/8" x 4' x 9' mats and securing them with double sided tape in your garage. Alternatively, you can call us to order your custom size as well.

Hello, If the subsurface is hard and flat, there is no need of installing anything under the Rubber-Cal Diamond Plate Rubber Flooring rolls. However, if you are concerned about taking utmost care of your subsurface, you may use a plastic sheet to separate the rubber floor from the subsurface.
