This product is the best value wild-caught fish collagen powder I have found, it actually tastes fresh. I like to combine it with Time Health's Orgen-C (natural vitamin C, slightly unappealing grey colour, it is the same stuff used in Pukka Natural Vitamin, but, Pukka add other extracts which make the colour more pleasing to the eye). Most all these powders are a bit lumpy, but, can be stirred with a spoon or shaken in a container and left to stand for 10 mins to fully dissolve. Most studies suggest 10g per day is a good place to start.

The smell and taste of this is awful. Only managed to take 2 doses and won't be taking any more.As soon as you open the jar the smell hits you. Wouldn't have ordered it if this had been mentioned.Just wasted my money, which is a shame as I had high hopes for this. Very disappointed.
