While the air purifier performs well, the cost of filters is going to ensure it makes its way to dump real soon. When I bought the unit filters were half the price they are now. At this price point I can't justify keeping it as my other air purifiers perform just as well with filters half the price.

Although this air purifier is fantastic, the price of these filters has increased so much since I first purchased the unit, that I won’t be using it anymore. 4 months ago they were $40-ish and now one filter is almost $100! Unbelievable!

I'm so happy with the air purifier. Able to breath much better. Air is definitely cleaner.

This is the second one I’ve received crushed. The first was annoying, but useable. This one is so much worse, it has to be replaced. It’s almost 1/2” shorter than the original. So far, only the one shipped with the unit has been good. Amazon’s box is totally fine. Medify’s box is at least 1/4” too short & crushes the product. It’s ridiculous to charge this kind of money for a filter and have no quality control. Wish I had bought a different purifier. Be warned!Update: replacement is also damaged, keeping it since I’m out of options. MEDIFY, please get a clue!!!2nd Update: I broke down finally, & ordered another filter. The box has been redesigned, and the filter’s structure reinforced. It arrived intact. While pleased, I have only raised my rating to a 2 star so far, waiting to see if the quality is consistent, & the bad product has been removed from stock. This is still a very expensive filter, and 3 have been bad, so there’s a trust issue. I’m just glad I purchased through Amazon. I will up my rating if the next filter is also good.
