Effective and reasonably good repair
Simple and reasonably effective on small star shaped dings in auto glass. Don't expect zero residual evidence of a chip but it does look a lot better. More importantly, the resin has infiltrated the crack and should (no long follow up here) slow down or stop the spread of a crack. The directions are reasonably clear but it REALLY helps to watch the video. Google the name of the product and there will be a video on youtube that pops up.The only problem I had was getting the resin to flow smoothly into the plastic tube opening. I finally used a small nail (brad) to break surface tension every drop and that allowed the resin to flow in. I might have cut the tip too short on the resin tube as a longer resin tube tip would bypass the problem area.Five stars. Not perfection as a technique but the product is well designed, easy to use and gets decent results for less than 8 bucks.

Does the job decently enough
Works as described. My chip was a pin head sized divot with no cracks, so I didn't need to use the syringe, applicator, etc.The resin, razor blade and the covering piece were enough to do the job.My luck, I got the kit and it was cloudy and late afternoon.I stupidly decided to see if it would cure at all in the waning cloudy evening...no shot! lolI left the resin in and kept the cover on it overnight. Got up early the next day. It was sunny out, so I put my car out in the drive way for a few hours. The resin cured in no time.Everything else was easy. Removing the cover using the included razor blade, making sure to work my way around the edges until it just peeled off.Used the razor blade to scrape away the excess resin and was left with a decent (not perfect) repair. The pitting is MUCH less visible, but it's not gone...but it hardly catches my eye while driving unless the sun shines in on certain angles and even then, it's not that bad. We'll see how this holds up as the weather gets colder.

Works fine but the instructions are not the best.
This product does work, but the instructions are a bit unclear in the details. There is a YouTube video [...]that shows the process quite well. t I used more of the liquid from the tube than I thought during the application, and s I suggest watching the video before using this kit for the first time. The only problem I had with the installation was thao I didn't have enough left for the last step, the sealing/curing step. I had to scrape some of the liquid from the device when I removed it, to have enough for curing. The supply tube is not see-through, so you have to "feel" how much you are squeezing out. So make sure you save a good drop (that's all it really takes) for the last step. The curing went just as advertised. The repair looks fine. Hopefully it will last a good long time. There is one side effect to the repair: you may see what looks like a black mark on your windshield. This is an illusion due to the edge of the glass inside the repair, as viewed from an angle. It's not really black, but appears so, and should disappear when viewed from other angles. This repair kit is priced well and is not hard to install. It will save you $30 or more if you do it yourself rather than pay a shop to do the repair, and the shop may well use this very brand to do the in-shop repair. So save yourself some cash and do it yourself! Remember, this kit does ONE repair. You will need one kit for each area that needs repair.

It Works!
Great news—it actually works! Before you dive in, make sure to read the instructions carefully. Take your time with the process and aim for a sunny day with temperatures around 70°F for the best results. Keep in mind that while you may not completely eliminate the crack in your windshield, this method will definitely help stop it from spreading further. Happy fixing!

Syringe design is poor, good not great results
My windshield was hit with a rock and it left a pit about the size of a BB pellet and spiderweb cracks coming from it to about the size of a nickel. Followed the instructions and as other people have mentioned I watched the video on YouTube. The product was easy to use and was very straight forward, I did mine in the parking lot at work. My kit came with everything I needed even the razor blade to clean away excess resin. My issue came during the vacuum and pressure portion. The hole in the syringe that holds the pushpin leaked and I lost vacuum in the syringe. When the pressure step came I had to re-pressurize the syringe twice and it still leaked out. Therefore the resin did not get pushed into the cracks very well and left them showing.Besides the poor design of the syringe, the rest of the product worked as intended and filled the pit in the middle of the crack. I still have the cracks around the edge.Better than it was, but nowhere near perfect. Will keep review updated on durability.
