I love this stepper!
I love this stepper! It's easy to use, you can adjust the resistance to make your work out easier or harder. Great quality and I love that it has the twist action that adds that extra movement. You can definitely feel the burn after just a few minutes! You can hold on to the handle or use small weights to add in a total workout, it's easy to do without holding on to the handle. It's quiet so it's easy to watch tv while you get your steps in. Delivery was very fast and it is worth the price. I've been increasing my steps each day!

Excellent exercise option
Solid piece of equipment, not too complicated to put together. Doesn't take up much space, easy to just get on and begin exercising/ walking. There is different tension options you can set for how hard or easy you want your steps to be. It was an excellent price and worth it. It's a stand up stationary machine, so once put together it doesn't fold up, it isn't obscene looking so doesn't look bad being set up. It's sturdy. I am glad I chose this machine, very happy with it and would recommend.

Works well, good value. Good daily exercise product.
Well made product, easy to set up, takes up very little space. Height adjustable. The level of push required is not adjustable, it's not made for rapid rotation leg exercise, but it's good for steady, smooth low impact movements. You can take long or short strokes depending on how quickly you want to go between steps. The twist step motion is a nice feature. Overall a good value and should last a long time.

Good product; good customer service
This is a very well made exercise machine. When it arrived, I had no problem putting it together. It was missing a bushing which stops the handle bars from wobbling. After contacting the company and providing the proofs of purchase, etc. they promptly sent the missing part so the handlebars don't wobble. I'm enjoying walking while I watch TV.

No issues 3 yrs after purchase
I love this! Great buy for someone who is on a budget. So easy to move around. I've been using mine consistently @3 yrs... when I'm watching TV. I can't just sit on my butt so I do a product that gives me a quality leg workout!

After about 5-10 minutes total use over 10 days? Left pedal began to squeak
Bought this to help with a little workout since I sit so much working remote. I'm a slim 60+ woman who has no problem putting this together or using it for 5-10 minutes daily. However, when I adjust the orange knob, was not sure if it would make it a bit more challenging, the left pedal began to squeak every time I step down. SO disappointed! I did read this in other reviews. The handlebar version of the twist stepper is nice, super compact that it stands in the corner of my office. I don't bother with the phone holder, just wanted 5-10 minutes daily. After about 95 minutes over the course of 10 days, the squeak began and is still there! I have not heard back from the company when I emailed. I doubt I will get more than a year out of this, if that. No reply from them means I will not purchase from them again.

I'm pleasantly surprised!
Originally, I was browsing for a treadmill, but I really wanted something that would develop stronger muscles for walking uphill or step climbing (a few months ago I walked the length of the Grand Canyon, rim to rim, and I want to stay in shape for the next trip). When I read the reviews for this piece of equipment, I was still slightly undecided about it, but I chose to take the risk.I've only had it for three days. I am 5' 11", 205 lbs., and 69 years old.I had no problems putting it together; the base comes already assembled. The only assembly needed is with the vertical upright. I was very careful with the assembly instructions, and it took about 30 minutes to set up. But I went very slow. The equipment is made in China (imagine that!), so the instructions lack proper English, but they're manageable. The front of the base has a knob that will adjust the tension. The stepper makes very little noise; it's hardly noticeable. The base is approximately 18" by 18".Also, there's nothing to plug in.Before ordering, I thought that the handle would be too low for me, but it's the perfect height. I have mine set at optimum height (same as in the picture in the ad).Initially, I only took about 50 steps, and I was already breathing hard, so I got some rest. I felt that my leg muscles were receiving the exercise that I was looking for. Three days later, I'm doing 200 steps and then stopping. The air cylinders get pretty warm. I check the stepper every time I get off of it, looking for damage or anything loose. So far, everything is fine.I've also discovered an added bonus: I can place my hands on the bottom horizontal part of the handle (grip tighly) and slightly lean forward while stepping. As I take the steps, I slightly push up on my upper body with my arms, causing my biceps, triceps, and chest muscles to also get a workout, along with my legs. I just have to be careful not to lean forward too much, so I won't fall frontwards. So be very careful with this.As mentioned above, I've only had this equipment for three days. But so far, I am pleasantly surprised. Turns out that it was exactly what I wanted. And the price is very reasonable.UPDATE: I've had this stepper for almost 8 weeks. I have worked up to 3,000 steps a day. However, when I get near 700 steps, it begins to squeal. I've used different lubricating sprays, but the noise is still annoying. I finally found something that works: I place a small fan on the floor, directly in front of the red tension knob of the stepper. This cools down the bottom area, and that eliminates the noise.I'm still satisfied with the purchase.

Enjoying my step machine!
Good, sturdy stepper for the money, doesn't take much space and is very quiet. I was a little disappointed in that I thought that is had more of a tension control from easy to more difficult, but its pretty challenging at the lowest level and does not really have a range that I would prefer. I am not a beginner either. I will say that it gets my heart rate up pretty good and I am enjoying it and would recommend it. It has the nice display to see your stats, however I would love it more if it would light up because when it is dark in the room you cant see anything. Overall, I am happy with this stepper and it motivates me to keep going and improving! Get fit everyone!!
