Yes. That being said, it really comes down to how you fill it. I did this using a garden hose inside of pool noodles and then wrapped those with towels. This gives it the type of torsional resistance to feel like a leg. Hope that helps.

Q: The neck looks really thick, can you work neck chokes on this? Anybody try a darce attack on this behemoth necked wonder?

If you are practicing mostly on neck chocking then this is not a good choice, other than that this dummy gives more realistic features

Q: What can I fill it with to make it heavy?

I bought a 70lb punching bag from Walmart for $60 and filled the dummy with that. It contained rags, clothes and small sandbags.

Q: Would this work for the carpool lane if it was dressed up a bit?
