Q: Can I wire all four of these to a 30 amp fuse 40amp relay wiring harness with 2 leads?

I wired all 4 lights to a 40 amp relay with a 5 amp fuse. I used one of the popular wiring harnesses you can find on Amazon. Used butt splice connectors to split the 2 leads into four leads. All on one switch. Didn’t sacrifice any brightness.

Q: Could I hook this up to a lawn mower with a 12 volt 260 cca?

Yes it will. These lights use only a couple of amps, and run on 12 to 14 volts (yourbattery is 12.6 new fully charged, running your mower will produce between 13 and 14 volts)

Q: Can these be mounted on the jeep rear bumper?

They can be mounted to anything you can get the mounting bolt through.

Q: My led pod started flashing off and on going down the road, I have the wiring harness attached too it how would I go through the warranty process?
