Not water proof
Main reason for choosing this product was because its waterproof, but is not sealed at all has 3 holes on the back as for interior use is totally fine but not close to water.

No screws included
Not sure if they were missing, but mine did not come with mounting screws. Small detail but annoying since they are so small and should be black. Other than that seems to be a great product

Not recommended
The outlets are loose. Plugs easily fall out. Not great quality.

Good quality for the price.
I got the non USB version. The housing and plugs feel quality. But I am disappointed with the size of the wire. It looks like 16 Guage. For use on the kitchen island it's a bit undersized. But for low power uses it should be perfectly adequate. But I would have liked to see 14 Guage or larger.

Plug Holes not lined up or too tight
The remodel I got this for went on longer than expected, so just now trying this out - too late to return. The plug holes are impossible to get the plug into - very very tight. Should have tried it sooner. Would not buy again.

Doesn't come with screws!
Product itself is good. Wish it came with a template. Also annoying that it doesn’t include the screws. Have to go hunt some down now.

Works well but hard to plug into
I’m not sure if it’s part of the design so that devices stay securely plugged in but it’s difficult to push plugs into this. It’s almost like you have to get everything at just the right angle and push. Other than that it works! Specifically chose one without USB ports so I don’t have to worry about them humming, buzzing, or failing.
