My last frame lasted 5 years and when it finally went out I bought this one. The ease of loading pictures from multiple phones is great. It would only load 50 pictures max, which for us going back so far took a long time to get just 2 years worth of photos on. After our initial load things were fine but then we went to upload more pictures and it kept crashing finically giving away to this error. After unplugging the frame several times it’s apparent this error is permanent. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for a frame.

The app you have to download to make this frame work didn’t work. I repeatedly got unknown error messages when I tried to enter a name to begin setting up an account. So I’m returning the frame. Chinese-made junk as far as I’m concerned.

I bought these back in June during Prime Days in anticipation for Christmas. As soon as I got them I set everything up on my phone (Google Pixel 3) to ensure they would work properly. I had no trouble with the app, pairing the devices or sending images.Fast-forward to last week when I pulled them out again to make sure we were all set to gift them. The app showed no devices. It was the same phone and I never uninstalled the app, so I assumed this was from lack of use. Tried to rebind them and got a message that they were already bonded. Tried unbinding, uninstalling, etc. Nothing worked. The app would not show the binded devices.While unfortunate, I tried the email option. While slow, I did get one photo to show up on one frame. The other frame however didn't work. Additionally, when I tried sending a photo the next day, I got a message saying the code had expired. So apparently I have to get the code every time I want to send photos. This really defeats the purpose.Additionally, there is ONE email address that all photos are sent to. The subject line is how you denote the device is going to. I'm not sure how I feel about sending family photos to a random email address not knowing who has access to it or anything like that.At this point I'm out $200 and am also giftless for my family. Do not waste your money on these frames.

Bought two of these. 1 for me and one for my friend so we could share photos back and forth. Within first week both items are broke. Power button caved in on both and they are really hard to use. Broke before I could ever get a picture loaded to it. Do not buy!

I put the picture of my family on the frame. The whole screen was covered with a single picture, amazing! The picture is ultra hd and the screen brightness is moderate and not dazzling. The digital photo frame is just the right size to fit anywhere in the house, from the bed to the living room table. It can be viewed from a distance and controlled by a remote control. All in all, this is an eye-catching product.

We bought this for my mother in law for Christmas and downloaded pictures and videos prior to her unwrapping it. To the engineer who couldn't figure out how to add the code, the tutorial does display a code and of course this will not work for your frame. Once the tutorial is completed go back to the frame settings and the frame code will populate (it resets every 12 hours). We are hoping we can upload pictures from wherever we are and sometimes play small pranks on mom. Great frame glad we spent the extra money for its features!

This picture frame DOES NOT WORK. It links to wifi but refuses to show a code to scan, and even if it DID show a code, I wouldn't be able to scan it because the app doesn't work either. My best advice is to test whether or not you can get the VPhoto app working on your phone before you invest in this device, as there is no available tech support for either thing and you are better off saving your money and getting a better product somewhere else.

The app opens, crashes, and goes back to your phone’s Home Screen in about 2 seconds. No way to send photos or make video calls without the app. It worked after first setting it up; sent a few photos just fine. Came back to it 15 minutes later - app crashes. Tried a few more times - same. Uninstalled the app, started over. It worked again for a few minutes, but created me as a new “friend” on the frame. Same situation several times. Was never even able to try video calling, as the app was garbage on my phone and my wife’s.
