I’ve been suffering from joint pain in my elbows for a couple years. At age 45 I’ve been weight training since highschool and have a physical job. I read other reviews and looked into similar products and felt this one would be the best. I’ve been using this product daily for two weeks. The capsules are easy to swallow. I know it’s not going to cure my pain overnight but believe in time with changes in my diet, it will provide positive results.

I like that these supplements do not upset my stomach as others have. I started with 2 tablets and after a month added the 3 tablet. The full dosage is working best. The one thing that I don't like is the taste, but I take them with a snack or meal.

I had read many reviews about people being able to give up the over the counter pain pills after taking the Tumeric Cucurin. I have had the same benefit. it helps a great deal ( I would almost say eliminates) daily aches and pains. I had a knee replace a year and a half ago and this has really relieved the stiffness in my knee and back. I'm ordering another bottle today.

I love this product!!! I have fibromialgia, so this product has been a big relief to my pains and inflammation. I drink it every day and if the pain are really bad I drink it twice a day and it helps so much. I will continue to take turmeric supplements for a very long time.

As I said I think the ingredients are pretty high quality, but even though it doesn't say on the box that it contains magnesium stearate, it does say on the bottle that there is magnesium stearate in the other ingredients. I try to stay away from magnesium stearate. Like I said the ingredients seem to be good quality, but I didn't notice any benefits from the product. I only used it for one month though. The seller gave me a refund since the product was mislabeled.

I am always somewhat skeptical of supplements and their purported benefits. I have seen benefits from tumeric and ginger. Less minor aches and pains and more stable digestion. This supplement works.
