I found this product to be well worth the price. Of course, I'm only 5'2" and am working on low impact gradual weight lose. I set the tension as high as it will go and row until my heart rate is up then keep it there for 15 minutes. My blood pressure has dropped and I've got abs now underneath a layer of fat. I may have to have the skin removed due to my age. Skin stops shrinking around 35. I am gentle with it but my grandson is kind of rough when he visits and plays on it. I need a new bumper pad for the gliding seat. One came off and i found it on the carpet and stupidely threw it away without thinking about what it came off of. I'll have to figure out something else to keep it from beating the heck out of the the seat. I think as with everything. You get what you pay for.
