Speaker sounds good for it's size. It floats and rotates slowly if your gentle with the spin. Death STAR likeness is definitely a hit with guests. Mounting the ball can be a challenge. One star removed for need to recharge daily, like your cell phone. Needs to be near a plug for the base unit to operate so placement can be tricky.

I'm a total dolt when it comes to electronics, but I love this new idea in sound and levitation. If you would e-mail me nice concise instructions on how to hook the sphere to a sound producing partner that will still allow the sphere to hang in the air I'd really appreciate it...If you do, I'll write a revue to knock your socks off...thanks...Keith

I thoroughly researched "Levitating Speakers" and this one from Revolt was one of the best. After receiving the Box I was impressed with the Packaging. The Build Quality was quite solid and the design is top notch. I've been in the High Tech industry for the past 31 years and know my way around gadgets. Despite the clear instructions it has been virtually impossible to get the Ball to Float. I tried many many times. Followed the instructions to the Letter and even tried doing things a bit differently with momentary success. Determined to make this work I invited a couple of my Electronic Engineer friends over to give it a try. They were also unable to get this device to work. Considering the overall design, packaging, build quality and the concept of Magnetism this device should work. I have to potentially chalk it up to an issue with either the Base or the Ball. This is very frustrating as I really wanted this to work and hate to return items. I'm hoping the Manufacturer will take an interest in contacting me. So far no response. Otherwise if I could get this to work it would get 5 Stars and a Stellar Review.

Honestly even if there wasJust a tiny con of having this I would say but there are none! Great look, excellent clear sound, great that it's Bluetooth, and good price. Definitely worth buying.

This was bought as a gift for my son who lives on the other side of the country.I haven't seen it in person but my son was very happy and enthusiastic about it.He showed it working and it really seemed very kewl.
