We have been purchasing and using N’JOY Idolized Salt for many years. Whoever recommended that salt be limited in the human diet needs to do a lot more research. Salt is not the culprit when it comes to water retention, its sugar and a high carb diet!

Individually wrapped salt packets are not gold-star items environmentally, but I bought a box for use on really humid (mid-Atlantic) days when no amount of shaking, whamming, or added rice grains will get salt to come through the holes in a regular shaker.They work well. They taste like salt. We try to remember to put the empty paper packets in recycling.
