I have been wearing Wigwam socks for about five years now and I love them. They are great quality and they are very comfortable and durable. The size is also always correct. I’m amazed that more people don’t know about the difference between wool and cotton socks. Wool is just a perfect choice for socks. Keeps my feet dry and protected from moisture, cold, or heat. I had assumed that wool would be too warm for my feet because I live in the Souteastern US. But I’m surprised that they are actually cooler than cotton sock and don’t hold moisture on my feet like cotton socks do.

I love everything about Smartwool socks. They're tough but comfortable, hold up equally well (comfort and moisture-wise) on a long hike or spending a day in the office, and they look great.

Yeah, the price of socks has gotten silly.But I still find these Smartwool socks to be more comfortable, and last longer than any other brands I have used for the past 20 years.I've tried many other brands and over time, their socks wear out, or become difficult to put on, while the Smartwool ones survive wash after wash.Due to attrition my sock drawer is now 90% smartwool. They just last longer and are more comfortable.

I got these for hiking, but they're great for around the house, too. When I'm not on the trails, I wear them like slippers around the house. Soft texture, but very durable. Fast drying.

I never wear "dress socks" any more. These are far more comfortable. I can't think of any disadvantages to them.

Have purchased smartwool socks for cycling in the past and bought these for a hiking trip to Banff. Out of the packaging fit well, comfortable in my hiking boots and no blisters. Also breathable and kept my feet warm and dry. Would recommend. I also use them when doing yardwork in my work boots. Highly recommend. My wife bought the low crew socks for the trip and had the same great experience with them.
