As others have said, these are much louder than the original filters from Bulex. It sounds like a bathroom fan is running while on speed 1 when before it was a low hum. In sleep mode it is still relatively silent and we have no trouble with it in our bedroom at night.

I appreciated that the filters came quickly and were easy to install.

These filters fit the unit perfectly and are working great. Getting two filters for the price of one is great too! My only downside, and it's a big one --is that these filters have a more restrictive airflow than the original filters. They work great but they are loud. I have a difficult time sleeping with this on in the bedroom. If you use this elsewhere you'd never notice the noise. I will likely purchase these again, but am moving the filter out of the bedroom to a different place in the house.

I bought this item because it claimed to fit with my Bulex model AF-3222 and I wanted to have a back up filter. I tried both of the ones I got and neither one of them fit like it claimed it would!! It barley squeezed in to the air purifier and when I sealed it and turned it on the first thing I noticed was the filter indicator was till on and wouldn't function right. I tried both of them and the 2nd one did the same thing. Thankfully Amazon worked me with on a refund because my window to return this item had passed by one day. Thanks Amazon customer service.

These filters are cheaper than the brand I bought before, which wasn’t offered or I would have purchased it again. These are very noisy. My filter was barely audible before and now it’s loud with a whistle. I hate it.

Not much to be said. These are PERFECT! I only purchased one set of two which was a big mistake! We have a 90 pound yellow lab and so we deal with hair and dander. Love the purifier just not the usual OEM filter $35 price tag for one filter. If I knew the set of two wouldn’t be available all the time I would have bought 10! They look and seem to be the same as the originals and I got the set of two for $30 instead of the one for $35 from the manufacturer. I hope they are back in stock sometime because I’ll buy another set or two for future use!
