The 2 gallon dispenser is exactly what I needed. I make team for my home refrigerator and this gallon dispenser hold plenty to last during the hot days. It also very high quality with a glass tank. Love the cylinder that can hold tea bags foe cold brew or fruit, mint or whatever you would like to season you drink for the day or night in. A+

Beautiful jar for drinks, I’ve had no leaks and shouldn’t have if you follow directions. Mine is designated for organic ice tea. Super easy to clean. I use little fabric draw string bags for loose tea and drop the bag into the center tube add cold water and let sit for a few hours and you have tea with no mess just add your sugar lemon or honey in your glass and then tea and ice. Great buy for what I need.

Delivered in good shape was recieved without damage. Product was as advertised. Very nice water container with infuser and heavy stainless handle for water faucet. Gasket sealed perfect for faucet and simple to follow instructions for assembly and no leaks. Would buy again.

After viewing several items, I went with this one. What a great buy. Just as described. Well-made with the stainless steel spicket instead of plastic. Comes with everything you need, Super easy to assemble and makes a tight seal, have had no leaks.Absolutely love this item. I love this 2 gallon jar - it makes brewing a giant batch of Kombucha a lot simpler with the spout. This is what I purchased this jar for, the spout makes it so simple to fill your bottles at the end of the first ferment.This jar is designed as a dispenser for anything really, and comes with an insert for you to place ice or fruit, or just whatever you want if your are using it for a drink dispenser. It may never see that use here, but the insert is very nice if I decided I wanted to use it for that.Since it is not advertised as a Kombucha jar it did not come with the muslin cover or anything for brewing, but I had those already so not a big deal. I always have a few temperature strips around and the side is smooth and a good spot to place the strip.This jar is heavy! and the spout installation is simple. It comes with two nice silicone washers that really work in keeping this from not leaking. I tested this first before brewing just to be sure.This is a lovely jar with great features and multiple uses.

Very nice dispenser BUT the lid rusted not long after we started using it. It rusted so badly that we just removed the lid and are now just setting a plastic lid from a coffe can on top to keep dust out. Spout needs a baby bottle nipple brush to clean. We would have paid a couple of bucks more to have them coat the lid so it wouldn't rust and supplied a brush.
