High quality, solid plastic, i replace 3M double face tape with 3M loop & hook, little trim of silicon for cup holder, I recommend to buy these items.

Fits perfect in the location. Only wish it had heavier duty zippers.

The sticky back is not strong enough at all
It didn’t even last a week before it fell off. Save yourself some time and go buy 3m strips before installing

I am not sure the velcro is going to hold, I might end up screwing it to the wall panel, but it looks great and is stiff-sided enough that it doesn't "slouch" but maintains its box shape.Was surprised to get two, one for each side, I thought all FJ cruisers had the speaker on the right side but I suppose not. I only used the one.
