I put together in about 15 minutes. There are no clear step by step instructions, so I looked at the screws, the two pins (one is shorter than the other) and saw where they all fit. That’s it. Build, The machine is put together. Size, I’m 5’ 10” size is good for me. Workout raises heart rate. Weight, I’m 70 and 185lbs. Luckily I have other pieces of home gym equipment and try to stay physically fit. Value , everything is built in China, the plastic parts and the foam will break down soon, but that’s what we live with today. All in all, I think it’s a good investment.

Easy to put together and stores against the wall for quick access out of the way. Lightweight so i can set it up myself despite my injury. I was so afraid this would hurt me to use, but it allows to me to work muscles i otherwise wouldnt be able to use without flaring up my back. I have only been using it for a few days but so far very satisfied with the ability to give a good muscle burn without hurting me.

I bought this ab trainer in late June 2023, and already I notice positive results! I haven't quite reached my goals, but my stomach area is tighter and has more definition. Same goes for my arms. I am really pleased with this product; it is exactly what I was seeking - something simple I can use, without any back strain. This ab trainer is also quite convenient - it folds just like an ironing board for easy storage. I highly recommend this product!

Not for tall people and heavy people so my son the only one use it (which he is 8 years old). Also he used it for a while I really don't see any results but I guess. The setup was easy and it also counts how many you do but sometimes it skips over a number

This thing feels somewhat cheap, and seeing dozens of the same exact ones on Amazon under different names, you know it's just a cheap mass-produced no name item, but...It's surprisingly fun to use! Our whole family loves it, and we use it every day. Trying to see who can do more. I do feel it in my muscles as well. The movement feels easy, but it definitely makes you work, and that's what it's all about. For the price, I'd say it's nice to have.
