I replaced my old monitor arm with this one, expecting to have something that extended farther (it does), supported more weight (it does), and raised my monitor higher than my old one (it does not). This is advertised as having a maximum height of 15.7 inches/400mm. In fact, it's more like 14.75 inches/375mm and that's being a bit generous, so I'm a little annoyed. That is the reason for subtracting one star. But, given the size of the clamp, I may be able to add a block of wood in there and gain the additional height I'd been seeking.That gripe aside, it's a nice monitor arm and, with a bit of finagling, I will be very happy with it. Solid, supports a heavy monitor as it's supposed to. Recommended, with the caveat that the height is not quite as advertised.

I liked this so much that I bought 2 more. It was easy to put together, holds my monitors perfectly, is easy to adjust, has solid materials, and keeps my desk clear and gives more space so that I can cover it with other stuff. Locks in place, rotates, and sticks where I leave it. If I buy more monitors or my kids end up needing one, I'll grab more of these without issue.

These monitor arms are very high quality and come at an excellent price. I liked the first one I purchased so much that I went back and bout four more, in order to replace all of the wall-mounted monitors for my computer desks. They are fantastic! They swivel, can be lowered or raised an accept small monitors up to around 30 inches - maybe more.

This arm is OK for the black friday price of $20 (+ $3 to get it today as I'm in the middle of redoing my office and needed it ASAP) that I spent, but I do feel a bit that I "got what I paid for".It went together easily enough, the directions aren't great - mostly pictures and you're supposed to figure out what's going on in them for yourself - but I didn't especially need them. Mounting the display was pretty straight-forward, but it definitely couldn't hold up the display in its default configuration. A bunch of adjusting of the torque settings later and it holds the monitor pretty well, but the arm bounces A LOT if anything shakes the desk. Even just my typing is enough to send vibrations through the keyboard tray, into the desk and all the way through the arm and to the display. I think I can live with it, but it's no comparison whatsoever to the (MUCH more expensive) arm I have my iMac mounted to, which does not move AT ALL under normal use.The worst issue I'm having with this arm is the pivot towards/away from me. Initially the monitor was just falling towards me all the time. I've tightened the adjustment for it as much as I possibly can without power tools and a high probability of breaking the thing, and now it holds well unless I grab the display to move it, at which point it tends to tilt again and I have to adjust it every time.So yeah, I didn't want to spend a lot in this instance, and I didn't, and what I got pretty much lives up to my expectations. I was really hoping it would exceed them.

For the price these things get the job done and are nicely adjustable. I’ll keep adding them to my desk as I expand. Already got 2 and use them daily for work.
