I took these pills for a month and almost started feeling like Fabio without the good hair of muscles. I have no idea if fish oil works or not. I have been taking it for years and have tried several different brands. The Nordic Naturals have no fishy taste or smell. They cost more but I'm worth it right?? Last time I bought the Cosco brand because they were cheaper, but they really had a fishy smell and taste.
