Great baby monitor!
So far I love this thing. We upgraded to this from another VTech camera and man I was missing out.Now that my toddler is in a floor bed and able to get out of bed and play or just play in her room independently, I really wanted a pan/tilt/zoom camera and this works great! Easy to use, easy to set up, range works across our house with no connectivity problems. I also love the larger screen!

No complaints!
I’ve been so happy with this system. The monitor’s battery life has been terrific thus far (about 7 months after we started using it), and the functionality allows me to keep close track of the baby. The music option has been really helpful too, since I can activate it from the monitor and not enter her bedroom.

Narrow viewing angle
Overall the cameras work as intended are easy to use and there are no issues with its connection. We found them to be zoomed in a bit much and the viewing angle is narrow compared to other Vtech products. If you face a bed if crib in a room that's all you will see unless you pan around. Being able to have dual cameras on one monitor, with sound is certainly a plus. I would still recommend this product if you need multiple cameras and want use a single monitor.

Great monitor
I have been using this since my baby was born. Although there is like a one second delay on the feed, it’s clear enough to see my baby breathing and his movement. The night vision is great as well and have no issues with the audio. The menu is also easy to navigate when switching between cameras. I also like the ability to turn the camera from the monitor is case my baby is on the move. I would buy again if anything happened to mine.

Don't let my stars detour you.
Ok I want to clarify the questions that affected the star ratings don't do the stars justice. This is a GREAT package for the price. No need to spend any more if you're only looking to monitor your children.1. Picture quality / 4 - No this is not an HD 4k blah blah camera, but it is GREAT quality for great value. You can see your children with no issues, although it is not "crystal clear" but it doesn't need to be. The night vision is awesome as well with no issues telling if your fussy children are playing around still.2. Battery Life / 3 - The battery doesn't last SUPER long (haven't really timed it) but I try to leave it plugged in anyway, only removing it from the chord when I am on the go about the house.3. Sheerness? - This shouldn't have been a rating question, should be replaced with quality, so that's what I rated it on Quality / 5. The cameras come with everything you need to mount them, the mounts are stable and have adjusting knobs so you can position it any which way. The monitor in no way feels cheap, and the features are awesome, with the bonus of night vision you also get a cute color changeable night light, and projecting stars (but keep in mind if you mount near the ceiling the projected stars aren't all they could be). If you plan on mounting on ceilings or near, keep in mind the chords aren't SUPER long, I had to mount mine about 1 foot off the ceiling) so they're probably about 6 foot chords. Be sure to get some cable covers if you're using for a toddlers bedroom. Now that my rating questions are out of the way, with a little extra details. Here's my experience and why I wanted these.I have a 5 year old boy and a 3 year old girl. They play as kids do, and no fair to my little girl she can't quite talk yet, only being able to say a little bit. So my boy is ALWAYS "telling on her" or one of them gets a boo boo and only he can tell the story, like Mr. Teddy did it. So we decided to get this monitor set and put one in each of their room without telling them. During playtime we watched and discovered Little mister likes to throw things at the camera (which he got a timeout for and explained not to do that, since he's old enough to understand, but he may have not known what it was beforehand) and little missy likes climbing on her toybox and trying to fly (which she got corner time for and a big NO NO NO, since that's what works for her lol)Both kids are now aware of the cameras (its been like 3 weeks or so now) little missy loves the night light, music, and stars. Where as little mister is always cautious with what he does, never knowing if he is being watched or not.We don't always monitor them we let them be kids, but I'm telling you since purchasing this I have seen a big difference in how they play with each other and I'm glad we didn't wait any longer. We put a stop to ruff playing and dangerous actions before they developed any further. The piece of mind a simple camera can bring can change the way your child develops, and based on how you react can be for the better.

The sound is absolute garbage
Update 1 year later: I got this setup originally in late 2023 a couple months before my November baby was born as this was for him. I'm changing my 3 star review to 1 until vtech does something. Vtech has a sepearate customer service page just for their baby monitor systems. I contacted them months ago over the temperature icon suddenly disappearing. No reply. It reappeared eventually though so I never bothered reaching out agaun for it.As of having it for a year now though more issues have popped up and the biggest one being one of the three cords has stopped working. Won't charge the monitor or turn on the cameras. It's just. A dead cord now.Second, the monitor hardly retains as much battery life anymore. The battery life for the monitor over time has gone down a lot which has made the cord issue all the bigger because if i need to charge the monitor I'm down one camera.Three. One of the cameras now has rotation issues to the point where it fully stops mid rotation, chugs along funny, and turns at the pace of a snail.I contacted vtech asking HOW i could replace the cord last week at this point. It's been almost a whole business week with no reply. And I thought I'd add this fun picture since having this system. Vtech claims it can only have 2 cameras. My monitor has glitches a couple times to have this screen and I was lucky on the second time it happened to catch a Pic. Still can only have 2 cams but :(I'm sure there's enough videos that I don't need to add my own but this video monitor while great for the price is absolutely crap sound wise. It was right next to a room and could not pick up on one of my kids crying bloody murder when we could hear him across the house. Monitor has issues picking up on sounds next to it altogether. My kid has screamed at the monitor and not only does the sound lag it hardly picks up even at full volume. The other con for this thing is the image quality is super meh. If you wanna see if the kid is sleeping or breathing the image fuzzes so much you can't even tell if their eyes are closed. The battery quality also is weirdly 50/50 on how long it lasts. We'll charge it fully and it'll either last hours near the full time it says or half that. No changed settings. It also does not do good near any sunlight. Ruins the image entirely. We have curtains in the room we have this in and sunlight just icks it. It cannot face the window at all. Some pros to this are its night vision. The night vision is pretty bright and I'm decently impressed with it. The two way talk is nice as well. My kids can definitely hear me through it. Though it is a little bit of a con for them that we can't hear each other at the same time if they make noise back. And that the camera mutes itself any time it moves. This camera also has no invert features that will allow you to change the image set up of the camera. Like if you turn it upside down on the hanging mount your side images are goofed. So to have the image perfect without goof you will have a blind spot directly down. And to add to the sound being garbage I turned on the music. Super loud on the parent unit. Actually went out to hear it myself and nothing. Barely anything. It is what it is. So overall to sum it up despite its low price for a double came monitor...if ever comes to need to buy a new one or replace...I would not buy this one again for my needs.
