This is perfect to keep the head clean. Built is of good material.

Bought this to use with my De'Longhi Dedica EC685R with a 51mm Non Pressurized Basket/Portafilter.Fits the basket perfectly and it has made a noticeable difference in reducing leftover water left in the basket, keeps the machine cleaner and so far getting fairly even extractions.Easy to clean so for the sake of £8 definitely worth it.

I purchased this to use with a DeLonghi Dedica + non-pressurised 51mm porta filter. Arrived in perfect condition, in a neat little stiff plastic container no damage or nicks in transit (see photos).The Espresso Puck certainly keeps the group head cleaner and the coffee grounds after extraction look more 'compact'. However, I'm not sure if any of these filter pucks diffuse the flow much. If you place it under a running tap, the flow doesn't seem to be modified very much. Also, the added material, must also take up some of the heat from the hot water. I've raised the water temperature to maximum on the Dedica.I like that it keeps the coffee ground compact, which presumably maximises contact of the hot water with the coffee - so (perhaps) better extraction.

The media could not be loaded.  This immediately made my shots come out super smooth, best upgrade so far. Also this was a great deal on prime day only £5 👌

If you love your coffee and have a good espresso machine then you tend to over indulge with any ‘extras’ that may enhance your coffee enjoyment. This thing falls into the category of totally unnecessary but nice to have. It is made well enough and does what it says so my review is probably not fair on the seller but honest from the user view. Needless to say it sits at the side of the rather shiny espresso machine looking redundant though interesting.

Bought this following a barista Youtube video. It supposed to help prevent your coffee grounds from floating. Can't say that I can tell if it does that as I think that I have my coffee ground properly for the machine that I am using and with all the other processes in place the finished grounds look fine. What this does help with though, it will prevent the coffee getting into the Group Head of your machine and bunging things up. Worthwhile purchase if only for the last sentence.

I actually think it does make my shots more consistent.

Works as it should and fits well.

If you need more increase your expresso quality I found this puck to be one great choice.

The item is really useful to distribute pressure among the coffee.
