This was recommended to me to me from my plastic surgeon. It doesn’t make me jittery or any side effects. I lost fat with ease. I have recommended this to so many friends and everyone has so much success.

This product, along with Berberine, taken in the morning with only have consumed coffee, has helped me to lose 22 pounds in 6 months. I do an aerobic workout 3 times a week and have cut meal portions. But this supplement really helped me!

I would recommend trying it. I think that it affected my blood sugar and I’d feel nauseated if it dropped, which was new. I am already on low carb and don’t need to lose more fat but was hoping I could add more carbs with this. My arms definitely are more defined - I lift weights so this was my goal. The keto-like diet completely wiped out bloating and any fat/weight gain and actually helped me gain muscle and this did seem to have incremental benefit. So not sure I would stay on this supplement but it’s worth trying.

I tried it but it needs to come in a capsule, it is a large pill and hard to swallow! It left a bad taste in my mouth that lasted all day! Can't tell if it works, it tastes too bad to keep taking, I put it in the trash!!

I was skeptical about yet another weight loss pill. Boy was I wrong! I have been taking as directed, 1 tablet each morning. In only 3 weeks I am down 4 pant sizes!!!!!! At first it seemed to help suppress my appetite, so I lost approximately 10 lbs. But about the second week, it seemed to have absolutely no effect at all. I did like losing the 10 lbs, so I give it a one rating.

Thought it'd be impossible but lost 10 lbs in 30 days... Exercise 3 days a week and very little diet changes.
