I bought this toothbrush in Oct '22. And recently, it just stopped working. So I bought another and I was a trifle disappointed - a company like Oral B and products that don't last. Anyway, my new toothbrush came (and these are excellent for oral hygiene by the way) and I tried my old brush with the new charger. It worked and very well. Reading the literature I realized my old brush was in warranty. So I Whatsapped their customer care. Though a little slow, over the next two days, I answered some questions and sent them some photos - emailed them as requested by them. On Thursday, a lady phoned me to apologise and said that I'd get a voucher for the cost of the brush to be spent on any Oral B product from their website. Today, I received the voucher. Not only is the toothbrush excellent, the service is superb.

With this price range this is very good brush.I have also used the cheaper version of oral B brush but it used to stop with very little pressure.But this model is very nice and has very powerful motor. It is not fancy with different modes and displays. But it gets the job done. And it just not only vibrates like other brands but it also oscillates left right which every brush should have.Only 2 drawbacks. No led light to know whether it is charging or not. Or fully charged. Just a single blinking led could have done the job. Also the charging is very slow. Takes 1-2 days to fully charge.The carry case given feels very cheap.

My toothbrush packaging says 30 days moneyback guarantee but forget about it. They ask you to visit a link and fill out a form, but nothing after that. You neither receive any confirmation email nor any call, and not even your money back.Now coming to why I wanted to return it.I had bought this considering the good reputation of the oral B brand and decided to spend more money even when cheaper alternatives are available. It was definitely a big mistake.Bad things about this toothbrush:1. Battery lasts only for 4-5 times of use, which is equal to around 10-15 minutes at max. There are brands out there who promise up to a month-long battery life, I'm sure oral B could have done a little better on this.2. Charging is a complete guessing game. No battery indicator or even a charging indicator. The charger has probably the worst design, which is quite loose and there's no indicator to tell whether charging has started or not. Same goes for the charging completion. Keep guessing.3. Very Hard bristles and bad brushing experience: This is probably the most annoying. After all the battery hassle, you expect at least the brushing experience to be good. The bristles are hard, the head of the brush is quite thick, so it's difficult to brush certain areas and the whole brushing experience is bad. I have used electric brushes before, but I never had such bad brushing experience.It has been a total waste of money. Won't recommend it to anyone.

should've had a battery and charging indicator. and maybe a third, even more sensitive mode.
