We bought these scales to measure dry dog food for our very small dog as our kitchen scales were not sensitive enough. These scales are great. Digital, able to reset to 0.00 with the measuring tray on at a press of a button, small, sleek, and the trays are easy to clean. Love them!!!

Really accurate scales. They are about 2/3 size of a typical kitchen scales, but weigh to an accuracy of 0.01g, very precise. Maximum weight is 500g, enough for me (I purchased to check the weight of engine components to ensure my engine is perfectly balanced).Backlit readout is very easy to read. Easy to use, although the button labels aren't totally obvious.Range of units - grams and ounce of course, but also jewellery-specific units like troy ounce and carat.I cannot confirm how accurate they are (good enough for me, and anyway, all I want is a comparative weight). However, they do have a feature to allow you to correct the weight (at this level it can vary with altitude and latitude), if you have an example item you know the weight of.Another feature I won't use is the Count - put 25 (or 50 or 75) of an item on the scale, set it, then if you put any other number of items of the same weight it'll give you the number of items.

These scales work really well. I make skincare product including soap so have to be exact... these work brilliantly.

Works fine for a little while, then starts to read varying numbers when nothing is being weighed.Try to tare back to zero and it just begins again, reads zero then climbs up 2 or 3 grams for no reason.Returned to amazon

The on/off switch is a bit temperamental. Sometimes I take the batteries out but most of the time I leave it to time out.

Good price and easy to use

I got these as I needed to measure to 2 decimal places (0.00) rather than just 1g increments. Though I don't think these scales are as accurate as they claim (due to testing with bits of paper than sometimes measure and then don't when they are added and subtracted), they are more accurate than 1g increment scales which are no use if the scales jump after a delay.The scales themselves are lightweight and seem fairly well made. They are easy to operate and can be reset between adding containers etc. so that only the weight of what you are weighing is noticeable. They come with 2 plastic dishes that can be used to measure contents into. The digital display is very clear and the buttons are easy to use without sticking.I used these to measure glass powder which is incredibly fine and I would think that these are accurate to 0.1g and as such would also be useful for measuring liquids or resin.They seemed like a good price when compared to jewellers scales and I picked these because they can weigh up to 500g as opposed to 200g.
